Dr. Jack McGourty- Columbia Business School
Jack McGourty Ph.D. is Director of Community and Global Entrepreneurship at the Columbia Business School and a faculty member teaching graduate courses in entrepreneurship, venture creation, and economic development in emerging markets. Jack founded and directs Venture for All®, a global program designed to educate aspiring entrepreneurs and build capacity for high potential startup ventures in emerging markets, with the ultimate goal to enhance entrepreneurial ecosystems in support of regional innovation and economic development.
Sara Beston- Columbia Business School
Sarah holds her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Spirituality and Mind Body Practice at Teacher's College, Columbia University. She is an instructor at Columbia Business School’s Venture for All program, where she teaches courses on spiritual entrepreneurship and venture creation.
Dr. Bradley Holden- Upper School English Teacher at Ranney School
Dr. Bradley Holden, completed his Ph.D. in English and Renaissance Studies at Yale University. His interests range from history, religion, and literature, and he has published essays on Shakespeare, Milton, and his poetry has appeared in various journals. He is a graduate of Yale Divinity School and has received fellowships to study in Israel and Germany. He previously taught creative writing at Yale, and now teaches upper school English at Ranney School in Tinton Falls, New Jersey.
Dr. Greg Martin- Head of Ranney Upper School / Assistant Head of School
Greg Martin is the Upper School Head and Assistant Head of School for Academics at Ranney School in Tinton Falls, NJ. He has worked in senior leadership positions at both La Jolla Country Day School and Cincinnati Country Day School and has focused much of his leadership work on technology integration, pedagogical development, and curriculum review. His wife Courtney has been a life-long partner in the life of the mind, and together they have three children, all high-school aged. In his spare time, he enjoys playing guitar, baking artisan bread, and hiking in the regions forests.
Mary Mahon Sciarrillo- Head of Trinity Hall High School
Mary Mahon Sciarrillo, a native of Monmouth County and graduate of Red Bank Catholic, is proud to serve as the founding head of the only all-girls school in Monmouth County. Before joining Trinity Hall, Mary served as Upper School principal at Oak Knoll School of the Holy Child in Summit, NJ. Mary is a board member of NCGS and serves on the board of trustees at Saint Peter’s Prep in Jersey City, NJ. As head of Trinity Hall, Mary uses all of her previous experience to best serve this community, building a strong foundation for the women of Monmouth County.
Melissa Whelan- Dean for Student Life, Registrar
Melissa Whelan, Ed.D., a graduate of an all-girls high school and an all-women’s college, was thrilled to return to her roots in single-sex education as a founding faculty member of Trinity Hall. As the Dean for Student Life, Melissa enjoys working with the student council and planning a variety of events to enhance the educational experience of the Trinity Hall students. In addition, she serves as the school's Registrar.

Robert Butters- CEO Green Distribution
A serial entrepreneur who started his business career as an accountant at Price Waterhouse. Taking a left turn to the entertainment industry Robert was CFO and Vice President for Business Development for the Really Useful Company (Andrew Lloyd Webber’s theatrical producing and theater real estate company. In 2010 Robert started Green Distribution a leader in the garment decoration business with a technology-led manufacturing solution to decorate products.
The Governors Office of New Jersey and Paul Ceppi Managing Director- Business Development at the NJ Economic Development Authority
In his current role, Paul Ceppi oversees the Small Business Services and Regional Business Development teams, which play key roles in assisting companies in obtaining the resources and capital needed to expand and succeed in New Jersey. Prior to joining the EDA in 2007, Mr. Ceppi was employed by the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency. He sits on the Fort Monmouth Economic Revitalization Authority Housing Committee and the board of the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.
Doug Eagles- Executive Director of Boys & Girls Club of Asbury Park
Douglas Eagles joined the Boys & Girls Clubs of Monmouth County (BGCM) as Executive Director in 2012. Mr. Eagles has over 15 years of experience working within the youth nonprofit sector and has a longstanding commitment to the children of Monmouth County. Prior to joining the BGCM family, he served as Director of Leadership and Development at UrbanPromise International in Camden, NJ. There he was responsible for training emerging leaders from around the world in nonprofit management and at-risk youth development.
Pasquale Menna Esq.- The Menna Law Firm, Mayor of Red Bank, New Jersey
Pasquale Menna was born in Naples, Italy, but he later emigrated to the United States and went to Red Bank Regional High School in Red Bank, New Jersey. He then studied at George Washington University and American University, becoming a lawyer in Red Bank. In 2013, after 35 years of practicing law (including over 25 years of serving as a municipal prosecutor in Monmouth County), Menna was elected Mayor of Red Bank.
Kelli O’Brien- former Chief Hospital Executive, Riverview Medical Center
Kelli O’Brien is the former Chief Hospital Executive at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank, New Jersey. For the past nine years Kelli has also served as President of the Care to Give, the Riverview Medical Center Women’s Auxiliary. Outside of Hackensack Meridian Health, Kelli devotes her time and energy to numerous local and community organizations. She is currently a board member of 180 Turning Lives, Horizons, Parker Family Health Center and Red Bank RiverCenter.

Ranney School
Ranney School is the only Age 3 through Grade 12 independent, co-ed, secular college preparatory school in Monmouth County, NJ. Our students are encouraged to be leaders and to contribute to the community in many ways. Student volunteer efforts have benefitted causes such as Lunch Break, Holiday Express, JDRF, the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore, the Ronald McDonald House, the YMCA, and more
